Peggy Hatcher

It is always sad to lose a loved one in death. GOD never meant for any of us to die. He created Adam and Eve to live forever along with their offspring. But of course we all die because of Adam's sin.(Romans 5:12) But, because of Jesus (GOD's Son) sacrificed his life for us, our dead loved ones now have a promise to be resurrected at an appointed time. They will live again. ( Revelation 20:12,13). I hope this message will be of some comfort to the family and friends. My prayers go up for the family.

Rest easy in Heaven Leon; the angles are waiting with God for your arrival. There is no need to worry; you have left a fine example of life for friends, and family to follow. Rest In Peace.

Kay Tanner

We are so sorry for your loss. Our condolences, thoughts and prayers are with each of you. As far as I can recall...we’ve known Leon. We loved him, Anne and the boys. We went to the Lewis Branch Church of God of Prophecy with them. Anne was my first VLB leader and I can still recall Leon and Shirley Tanner Hooper singing. Such precious memories! Leon was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed! Love & Prayers Eddie, Kay (Adams) Tanner ( formerly of Tennessee Ridge) and family of Brownstown, MI

So very sorry about Leon's passing. He was a cousin of my grandfather, Lester Harris, who lived on Main Street, downtown Clarksville, for many years until his death in 1990. Leon was so good to visit his regularly. I met Leon many times and enjoyed visiting with him. He was such a good man. My prayers to you all.🙏 ❤
